Monica’s journey began at the University of Montana‐Western, where she proudly embraced her role as a Bulldog while earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Communications. Her dedication to academics earned her a place on the Dean’s List and the distinction of graduating Magna Cum Laude. During her university years, she met her husband, and together they made the move to Las Vegas, NV to build a strong foundation for their family. Today, Monica and her husband are the proud parents of two daughters who continue to inspire them both personally and professionally.

Her career with State Farm began in 2003 as a Team Member, followed by an Intern role, before she opened her own State Farm Agency in Las Vegas, NV in 2007. Monica’s commitment to excellence has been recognized throughout her career, including earning the prestigious State Farm Legion of Honor – Bronze Tablet Award in 2012 and qualifying six times for the State Farm Ambassador Travel Award. Alongside her dedicated team, Monica is committed to delivering exceptional customer service so every customer feels valued, heard, and supported. Her agency also features a licensed bilingual team fluent in Spanish, with deep knowledge of Nevada DMV insurance requirements, ready to assist customers with clarity and care.

Giving back to the community is a core part of who Monica is. She has served as a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters and is a strong advocate for youth sports, proudly supporting her daughters as they compete in club volleyball. Outside of the office, Monica enjoys traveling with her family, making memories at amusement parks, and relaxing at the beach whenever possible.
